Facsimiles (from Latin fac simile, "make alike") are faithful copies or reproductions of available originals or faithful reproductions of historical and valuable documents.

Our publishing house has produced facsimiles of ten copper engraving by Johannes Mejer from the gorgeous 1652 edition of the atlas "Newe Landesbeschreibung der zwey Hertzogthümer Schleswich und Holstein [New Descriptions of the Two Duchies of Schleswig and Holstein]" by Caspar Danckwerth published in Husum.
